How to Buy
If you wish to purchase an item please make a note of the details and contact us either by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, by telephone: +44 (0)1451 831564 or use the form on the contact page. We will then check it is available and get back to you, however we do update the website every week so it is very likely that the item you want will be available for you.
All of our items are secondhand or antique and are individual. We have a continually changing stock; if you cannot find what you are looking for on our website we may be able to find it for you. Please let us know and we will see what we can do.
We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or Debit/Credit card. We take Mastercard and Visa. Once payment is cleared we will send you the goods.
We generally use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which ensures that everything is insured. Postage is free to all UK customers and by agreement for Overseas clients.
We guarantee all items bought from us. In the event that you are not satisfied with an item bought from us, we will give you a full refund of the invoice price (excluding our costs) upon the return of the item in the same condition as it was sent, provided that we have been notified by email or phone within fourteen days of your receipt of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
